We are a planned unit development with services and amenities funded through monthly dues, paid by property owners.  Touchstone Properties, Ltd is our management company and community association administrative arm.  Our Community operates under a set of By Laws and Guidelines.  A Board of Directors elected by the homeowners is the governing body of the community.  Monthly Board meetings are open to everyone (owners and renters alike) and residents are encouraged to attend to share ideas, concerns, suggestions and comments about our community.
