The Queens Gate Board of Directors decided at the October 25th 2017 Board Meeting that moving forward the following policy will apply to all houses listed for sale in the community.

 

1) Have your Realtor contact the Site Manager who will assign a three-digit directory code for the Enterphone to use throughout your listing.

2) On the day of your Open House a 3-inch by 5-inch note card may be taped to the Enterphone that lists the three-digit directory code for buyers to call to then enter through the gate for your open house.

 

*FOR THE SAFETY OF THE COMMUNITY, IT WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTABLE FOR A NOTE OR NOTE CARD TO BE TAPED TO THE ENTERPHONE OR FOR A SIGN TO BE PLACED OUTSIDE THE GATE THAT CONTAINS AN ENTRY CODE TO THE PROPERTY.  ANY SUCH NOTES OR SIGNS THAT ARE POSTED CONTAINING AN ENTRY CODE WILL IMMEDIATELY BE TAKEN DOWN AND/OR REMOVED*
