ILLEGAL MOTOR VEHICLE ENTRY INCIDENT REPORTED
QUEENS GATE COMMUNITY (GATE 1) HAWAII KAI District 7 (East Oahu)
Description of the incident:
A guest of a Queens Gate 1 community resident was parked in the residents driveway to pick them up. While sitting in their car, a young man opened the front passenger side door and was startled to see both the driver and a back seat passenger inside the car and promptly moved away from the vehicle. The resident came out from the house and saw the young man standing in the driveway. He seemed (or acted) confused and lost. He claims he was dropped off and his cell phone was out of juice. I offered to call his friend or relative and he gave me 218-1692 to call. The call went to voice-mail. I escorted him out of Queen's Gate.
Description of the suspect:
Young African-American male, approximately 5' 10", short hair, around 145 pounds, wearing a white t-shirt, black pants and a black backpack.
