NOTICE
EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
STATEMENTS TO RUN FOR
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 
QUEENS GATE
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
 
In accordance with Section 421 J-4(d), Hawaii Revised Statutes, this is to advise homeowners that the Board of Directors of QUEENS GATE Community Association intends to distribute proxies for the Annual Homeowners meeting scheduled for:
 
                                   
                                                DATE:            Thursday, March 20, 2014
 
                                                TIME:            6:00 p.m. Registration
                                                                        6:30 p.m. Call to Order
 
                                                PLACE:        On Site Recreation Room
 
At least four (4) Directors will be elected for the ensuing year.
 
Pursuant to this law, any homeowner wishing to solicit proxies at the Association's expense shall submit a statement "not to exceed one single-sided 8-1/2" x 11" page, indicating the owner's qualification to serve on the Board or reasons for wanting to receive proxies" by February 7, 2014.
 
Such requests and written statements must be received at the office of the managing agent, Touchstone Properties, Ltd., 680 Iwilei Road, Suite 550, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96817, no later than February 7, 2014.
